Our Mission.

Scenic landscape with snow-capped Himalayan mountains in the background and green hills with houses in the foreground.

Serving indigenous ministries to provide capacity for reaching and discipling the lost by connecting like-minded global partners.

We will effectively execute our mission by:

  • Serving ministries that serve the vulnerable living below their potential.

  • Connecting like-minded global partners through our mission.

  • Providing capacity while impacting the next generation of local church leaders to spread the gospel & disciple believers. Our prayer is that each partnership will lead to measurable sustainability.

  • Partnering to mobilize, multiply, and scale local church indigenously-led ministry.

In our experience, we’ve discovered that many missional ministries, while well-intentioned, function and operate in unhealthy dependency on outside resources yet desire to be financially self-reliant.

They need to be given fish while being taught to fish.

Often, low capacity and weak foundations (little to no infrastructure/operating structure and financial resources) inhibit these ministries from realizing their full potential to become contextually healthy and effective.

We want to empower these indigenous-led ministries to, where practical to do so, create many of these resources for themselves that will lead to increased local sustainability.

OUR WHY

Our Values.

SERVE

Group of people in a festive setting with colorful balloons, some wearing red shirts.

We value a culture of service at every level.

Mark 9:41; John 6

PARTNERSHIP

Four men standing together outdoors near a stack of tiles, with buildings and a fence in the background.

We value a culture of unity, gratitude, and accountability at every level.  The establishment of Truth, Transparency, & Trust from the beginning and throughout each partnership.  Relationships yielding mutual “value add” to all parties and resources to advance the kingdom work.

Ecc. 4:12; Acts 2

GROWTH

Unfinished two-story building with scaffolding and construction workers

We value a culture of sustainable growth at every level and contextualized sustainable health.

EMPOWERMENT

Three people standing together indoors, smiling for a photo. The person in the center is wearing a white shirt, and the other two are wearing patterned and yellow shirts, respectively. They are in a room with a large window in the background.

We value a culture of trust, honesty, transparency, and expectations at every level.  We seek to empower our partners to gain freedom from unhealthy dependencies.
