Our Mission.

We exist to empower indigenous ministries globally by providing encouragement, training, and resources so they can disciple children and families, flourish in sustainability, and reach their God-given potential.

We will effectively execute our mission by:

  • Serving ministries that serve the vulnerable living below their potential.

  • Connecting like-minded global partners through our mission.

  • Providing capacity while impacting the next generation of local church leaders to spread the gospel & disciple believers. Our prayer is that each partnership will lead to measurable sustainability.

  • Partnering to mobilize, multiply, and scale local church indigenously-led ministry.

In our experience, we’ve discovered that many missional ministries function and operate totally dependent on outside resources, yet desire to be financially self-reliant.

They need to be given fish while being taught to fish.

Often, low capacity and weak foundations (little to no infrastructure, operating structure and financial resources) inhibit these ministries from realizing their full potential to become contextually healthy and effective.

We want to empower these indigenous-led ministries to, where practical to do so, create many of these resources for themselves that will lead to increased local sustainability.

OUR WHY

Our Values.

SERVE

We value a culture of service at every level.

Mark 9:41; John 6

PARTNERSHIP

We value unity, gratitude, and accountability along with genuine relationships that yield mutual “value add” to all parties for kingdom work.

Ecc. 4:12; Acts 2

GROWTH

We value sustainable growth and contextualized sustainable health.

EMPOWERMENT

We value a culture of trust, honesty, transparency, and expectations.  We seek to empower our partners to become sustainable and strong.
